Use and Care Information -
Press the Push-up Plunger all the way down until it protrudes from the bottom of the Ice-Up® Stick.
Fill with clean water up to the Ice Grippers.
Freeze Ice-Up® Stick and Carry Cooler separately.
For best results place Ice-Up® Stick in the freezer without Cap
For best results place the Carry Cooler in freezer with lid unzipped and open.
Do not freeze Stick in cooler.
After Freezing -
When frozen, snap Cap onto Ice-Up® Stick, place in Carry Cooler and zip shut.
For use, removing from freezer and let Ice-Up® Stick "rest" for a few minutes or
For immediate use, run under warm running water for 5 to 10 seconds, then proceed with normal use.
To Store -
Place Ice-Up® Stick back in the Carry Cooler in between uses to maximize the useful life of the ice.

Ice Massage Proven to Help with Osteoarthritis
According to a 2003 study on the benefits of ice massage with patients with Osteoarthritis, the School of Rehabilitation Sciences, University of Ottawa, found that Ice massage compared to the control group had a statistically beneficial effect on ROM (range of motion), function and knee strength.
